The Resolution of the 16th Company Party Congress sets targets of 6,702 billion VND in industrial production value, 6,721 billion VND in total revenue and 377 billion VND in pre-tax profit for the 2025–2030 term.

To accelerate the application of science and technology, digital transformation and sustainable development along green lines; to raise the quality of production and business and protect the environment. How to read these figures correctly

Set against the company's 2025 results — total revenue above 1,240 billion VND (104% of the annual plan) and pre-tax profit above 173 billion VND — it appears that the term targets are cumulative totals for the full five years rather than annual figures.

On that basis, the revenue target of 6,721 billion VND over five years works out at roughly 1,344 billion VND a year — about 8% above the 2025 outturn. The profit target of 377 billion VND for the whole term, however, is lower than a straightforward multiplication of the 2025 figure of 173 billion VND. The Party Committee and the Management Board should confirm the basis of calculation to avoid misreading when these figures are published.
